5 eggs
4 medium-large (about 5-6 inches long) potatoes
1-1/4 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 cup pickle relish
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt
Pepper
A little bit of onion - finely grated (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs until done. Cool, peel and then chop into small pieces.

Peel and cube potatoes. Cook until done, making sure not to get overly done so they won't be mushy.

Combine all ingredients and stir gently. Keep refrigerated.

Note: Memaw only adds onion if we are eating it at home. If it is going somewhere to be served, she leaves out the onion.
