1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion - chopped
1 cup celery - chopped

1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Cream of Chicken soup

1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup soy sauce

Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, sauté the hamburger, onion, and celery. Drain.

Add in the Cream of Mushroom soup, Cream of Chicken soup, water, rice, and the soy sauce.

Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and cover. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the cover. Bake 30 more minutes. Add a layer of Chinese noodles on top and bake for 15 minutes longer.
