2-3 medium mashed bananas (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup oil or applesauce
1/2 cup honey or brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil/applesauce with sugar/honey. Add eggs one at a time. Combine dry ingredients, add to cream mixture alternately wit bananas. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350º for 60 minutes.
