12 eggs
3 pounds powdered sugar
1 oz. anise seed
2 T powdered bakers ammonia
1/2 tsp. baking powder
7-8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and powdered sugar together for 30 minutes. To this mixture add anise seed, powdered bakers ammonia and baking powder. Add enough flour to roll out and fill molds or cut into squares. Let set in cold room overnight. In morning bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes.
