1 lb. red potatoes, peeled, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/3 garlic and herb-flavored soft cheese
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, simmer potatoes in water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain potatoes and return to pan.
Mash potatoes with milk, cheese, salt and pepper over moderate heat until they are smooth and mixture is heated through.
