1 powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
2-1/2 tsp. boiling water
13 drops peppermint oil or oil of choice.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.Cream well until smooth. Roll into small balls and dip into sugar before pressing into mold. Or roll out on powder sugared surface and cut out with mini cutters. Let sit for an hour or so until slightly hardened. Makes about 85 mints depending on size.

To make chocolate mints add:

3 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
