1 1/2 Cups of Peas
2 large Carrots
1 cup Chicken stock
Salt
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
2 -3 shakes of Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a heated saute Pan (Skillet) add 2 - tbsp live Oil
Cut Carrots in Carrot sticks then place in hot oil
Stir Carrots in oil once covered with oil add Chicken stock and cover
Once Chicken stock has evaporated removed lid
Cook carrots to medium done then add peas remove from heat

serve as side dish
