1 pkg. cooked lasagna pasta noodles

1 large container (16 oz.) cottage cheese
5 large eggs
c. parmesan cheese
3 tbsp parsley

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground italian sausage
1 large can (29 oz.) tomato sauce
1 large can (12 oz.)tomato paste
2 medium chopped onions
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp.cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar

1 pkg. (12 slice count) mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. (12 slice count) provolone cheese

Cook pasta noodles and drain.

Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Simmer for 35-40 minutes.

In a medium bowl combine all mixture ingredients.

Layer noodles, mixture, sauce, cheese and repeat.

Bake at 350 for 1 hr. until cheese is a golden brown.
