1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened (not melted)
⅓ c. sugar
t. vanilla or almond extract
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese, butter, sugar, and extract in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Add flour, mix well. Cover, and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Roll dough on lightly floured surface. Cut into shapes. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Decorate with icing.
