4 slices Matzo (break, soak and let drain, don't squeeze)
3 whole eggs
tsp salt
cup sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
cup raisins
2 large apples - grated



Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and salt. Add sugar, cinnamon, raisins, 1/2 cup margarine and grated apples.

Drizzle remaining margarine over top.

Put into a 8" x 8" square pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serve warm.
