1 Onion
4 Tomatoes
1 head of Lettuce
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
8 oz. Thousand Island or French Dressing
Hot Sauce (to taste)
Tortilla Chips
1 lg. Avocado
1 lb. Ground Beef
15 oz. can Kidney Beans, drained
¼ tsp.Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet brown the beef. Add the kidney beans and salt and simmer for 10 minutes.

Whilst the beef mix is simmering chop the onions tomatoes and lettuce. Toss with cheese, dressing and hot sauce.

Add the beef mix to the cold salad, top with avocado and decorate with tortilla chips.

Serve immediately.
