2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 (1 oz) pkg Ranch dressing mix (not the "dip"mix)
2½ c shredded cheddar cheese
1½ c chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mash up the cream cheese.
2. Add Ranch dressing mix and cheese. Mix in well.
3. Roll mixture into a ball and then roll in chopped pecans.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tastes great with Ritz and pretzel crackers! This recipe can be doubled to make a large one. Great for wedding and baby showers!
