⅓-½ C balsamic vinegar
1 T granulated sugar
1 t Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
¼-½ t dried oregano leaves
½-¾ t garlic salt
½ t pepper
1⅔ C Virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe makes a total of 2 1/2cups salad dressing. Mix everything except olive oil and keep refrigerate vinegar mixture until needed. Use about 1/3 vinegar mix to 2/3 olive oil proportionally.

Prepare salad greens including romaine lettuce, sliced red onion,tomatoes, and other vegetables of your choosing.
