Ginger Crinkles Recipe

1 1/3 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
4 cups flour
4 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Mix Oil and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in Molasses. Add Dry ingredients

Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Coat well.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart.
Bake about 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack.
Cookies will soften and crinkle.

Makes about 10 dozen
