1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
3-5 green onions
1 tub (500 ml) sour cream
same amount of mayonnaise
large size package of Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)

Mix all ingredients together and put into a scooped out loaf of pumpernickel rye bread.
