C. Lime Juice
C. Olive Oil
Tsp. Salt
1 Clove Garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
tsp. Chili Powder
tsp. Cumin
4 C. Shredded Romaine
4 Cooked Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
1 15 oz. Can of Black Beans, drained & rinsed
Small Red Onion, sliced into rings
1 Large Tomato, chopped
C. Parmesan Cheese
6 oz. Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a covered jar, mix the first seven ingredients. Shake until well blended. Place the lettuce in a large bowl and toss with chicken, black beans, onion and tomato. Just before serving, toss with dressing mixture and Parmesan cheese. Serve with tortilla chips either crushed over the top or on the side.
