1/2 cup creme fraiche (I usually use sour cream--even the reduced fat tastes good in this!)
2 Tbsp purchased lemon curd (or more) I mix to taste
15 frozen baked phyllo cups
1 cup fresh berries

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together lemon curd and creme fraiche or sour cream. How much you use of each is dependent on taste. I never actually measure.
Spoon one to two teaspoons (depending on the size of the phyllo cups) into each cup. The filling should be slightly mounded but not overflowing.
Top each cup with berries
Serve

***This is the easiest dessert, and it's a real crowd pleaser! Enjoy!
