1 c. Crisco shortening
¾ c. sugar
1 egg
2½ c. all purpose flour, sifted
⅛ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond flavoring
green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, using enough green food coloring to give cookies a deep color. Using a tree shaped cookie press, press dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes.
