8 slices white sandwich bread
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
c. milk
tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Dice bread and place in 9x13 buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of bread. Beat eggs with 2 c. milk and pour over cheese. Brown sausage, drain and crumble over cheese mixture. Add mushrooms. Combine soup, dry mustard and remaining milk, then spread over mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place in a cold oven. Bake, covered at 300 for 1-1 hours.
