1lb ground beef
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic poder
salt and pepper to taste
10 soft corn tortillas
oil
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Add tomato sauce and water; stir. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add more water if necessary. Simmer about 20 minutes or until sauce reduces and clings to meat. In a small frying pan, heat oil. When oil is hot, fry tortillas one at a time. Fold tortillas in half being sure to hold the top half up in order to leave an opening. Turn over and cook other side the same way. Drain on paper towels. Fill with meat mixture and top with grated cheese.
