2 avacados, diced
1 1/2 T. lime juice
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1/4 c. salsa
8 oz. sour cream
1 oz. taco seasoning
16 oz. refried beans
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
green onions
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the avacados, lime juice, cilantro and salsa. Spread over bottom of a 9 x 13 pan or serving dish.
Combine the sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over the avacados.
Spoon the refried beans over the sour cream.
Add a layer of diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with green onions, shredded cheese and black olives.

2 T. is 42 calories
Great with tortilla chips.
