10 flour tortillas
3 cups cooked, shredded and seasoned chicken
2-3 cups shredded cheese
1/2 - 1 diced red onion
1 can re-fried beans

3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp four
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
4 oz. can mild green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cook, shred and season chicken.
Stir in 1-2 cups shredded cheese and diced onions
Smear 1 Tbsp beans down center of tortilla
Scoop ⅓-½ cup of mixture along center of tortilla and roll
Place filled tortillas, seams down, in greased baking dish

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Whisk in broth. Add green chilis. Stir until bubbly and thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
Pour over tortillas and sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Cook for 22 minutes
Serve with rice.

Mild chilis are spicy directly out of the can but mild after baking. OPTIONAL: stir softened cream cheese into chicken mixture replacing shredded cheese
