14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped green onions
2 T. chopped tomatoes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix artichokes, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese until well blended. Spoon into a 9" pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers.
