2 pounds raw peanuts in shell
15 cups warm water
1 cup salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse peanuts in cold water; discard the dirty water. Transfer peanuts to a 6 quart slow cooker. Pour water, salt and oil over peanuts and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 20 hours. Check about halfway through cooking time to see if more water is needed. Drain peanuts to serve.
