Lots and lots of pecans
1 tray microwavable chocolate (milk or white)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the chocolate according to directions (usually 1½ minutes, then stir, then 15 seconds, then stir, etc.). When melted, coat the pecan halves or pieces with the chocolate. Pour onto waxed paper and separate. Cool to harden.

Since pecans are usually abundant, this is a quick and easy and impressive treat.
