1 head lettuce (shredded
½ C Celery, cut up
½-1 C red onion, diced
¼-½ C red peppers
1 Can water chestnuts 8 oz.
1 pkg cherry tomatoes halved
2 C real mayonnaise
2 T sugar
4-6 oz Parmesan cheese
½ lb. Bacon
1 pkg. frozen peas 16 oz
6 eggs hard boiled
1 pkg cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill a 3-4 quart bowl with the shredded lettuce
2. Add in layers of celery. red onions, red pepper water chestnuts frozen peas (not cooked)
3.. Spread mayonnaise over entire top of salad
4. Scatter sugar over mayonnaise
5. Layered sliced eggs over mayo
6. Cut tomatoes in half and layer on top of mayonnaise
7, Fry Bacon and crumble over salad
8. Cover entire top with a layer of cheddar cheese
9. Cover and let stand overnight
