12 oz.can of Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. lemon jello
1 t. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Crust:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
Makes 2 8" pie crusts or a 9 x 13 pan crust.

Crust: Combine all ingrediets and press into your choice of pans. Bake 12 minutes at 350 and cool.

Almost freeze the Carnation milk and combine with sugar and then whip until stiff. Mix jello with boiling water to dissolve. Combine jello mixture with cream cheese and whip until only small pieces of cream cheese remain. Add vanilla. Fold everything together and pour over graham cracker crust. (Makes 2 small pies or a 9 x 13 pan.) Refrigerate until firm. Can be topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
