Directions:
Mix together the first four ingredients thoroughly. Sift the dry ingredients into the molasses mixture and shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for an hour or two. Shape the cookies into small balls and roll in granulated sugar. Space on parchment and bake 350 for 10-12 minutes. Set aside to cool. Place 1 cup of the baking chips in a sandwich size ziplock bag and microwave on high for 30+ seconds. Massage the mixture in the bag until all lumps are melted then snip a tiny corner out of the bag and squeeze a zig-zag pattern across the tops of the cookies. WOW!
