1 white cake mix (Duncan Hines, etc.)
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 large tub Cool Whip
1 large can flaked coconut (or 1 fresh coconut, grated)
1 medium tub sour cream

Cook and cool cake in three layers. Mix all ingredients and spread between layers and on cake.
