3 tbsp butter
1 Cup sugar
3 tbsp lemon rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in double boiler
3 beaten eggs, 3 tbsp butter, 1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp lemon rind
Cook over hot water for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Add 1/2 cup lemon juice, cook until smoothly thickened
