3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons corn starch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup M&M

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract; beat using an electric mixer on high speed until light and
fluffy
3. In another bowl, sift flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt
4. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until well blended
5. Add M&M Chocolate into the dough, mix with a spatula until everything is combined.
6. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
7. Spoon out 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet and place cookies 2 inches apart
8. Bake 8 minutes
9. Cool cookies on a wired rack.
