Ingredients: 3 1/2 cup warm water 3/4 cup sugar 4 1/2 T instant yeast 1/2 cup oil 1 T salt 10 1/2 cups flour 3 eggs
Frosting; 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 stick butter, softened vanilla water, milk, coffee to desired consistency (doesn't need to be too thick)

Directions:Mix water, sugar, oil and yeast. Let stand 15 minutes. Add salt, eggs and flour a little at a time in a stand mixer. Mix for 10 minutes with dough hook then let stand for 10 minutes. OIL counter (do not use flour). Dump out dough. Divide in half. Press on half out into a large rectangle. Spread with 1/4 cup melted or soft butter then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll up tight, but not too tight. Divide each half into 12 rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Repeat with other half. Let rise. ( I usually let rise 5-10 minutes) Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Frost with frosting of choice. I usually use cream cheese frosting. Ingredients listed above. |
