1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup white corn syrup
3 to 4 quarts popped pop corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a large glass bowl combine the brown sugar, butter, white corn syrup and salt. Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and mix in baking soda. Put popped corn into a brown paper bag and pour mixture over pop corn in bag and shake well. Place the bag with pop corn into the microwave and shake the bag. Place the bag back into the microwave and cook on HIGH for an additional 1 1/2 minutes, take out and shake. Pour caramel corn onto a cookie sheet or waxed paper to cool. Enjoy!
