Ingredients:

3 cups oatmeal
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 ounce apricots, chopped
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
peach schnapps

Glaze made with peach schnapps

Directions:

Mix together. Bake at 325* for 10-15 minutes.
