1 pound sausage
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 1/2 pounds shredded hash browns
7 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat, onions, and peppers in pan, mix in shredded cheese, sour cream, soup and hash browns. Pour egg, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over meat and potato mixture. Bake for 1 hour, sprinkle with shredded cheese for last 10 minutes. Bake at 350*
