1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 egg
6 oz chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar, soda
Add water, oil, vinegar, vanilla
Beat well
Fill cups 1/3 full and top with 1 tsp filling
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350
