1 package oatmeal cookies (crushed)
1/4 melted butter
3 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1 package oatmeal cookies (crushed), 1/4 cup melted butter - save a bit for topping.
Cook rest for base 5 minutes
Melt 3 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 cup butter
Add 1 1/2 cup icing sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/2 cup copped nuts, 1 tsp vanilla
Spread on base and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top
