Ingredients:  
1. Place 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine in pie tin. Place in oven to melt while oven preheats to 400*.

2. Beat 2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour with electric mixer until smooth

3. Take pie tin out of oven. Pour batter into melted butter. DO NOT STIR.

4. Return pan to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Do not open oven while baking.

5. Cut into wedges and serve immediately with syrup or powdered sugar.
