2 c. chicken broth
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. cooked noodles
1 c. diced celery
4 oz. mushrooms, drained
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
⅓ c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
salt and pepper, to taste
bread crumbs

Simmer all raw ingredients in chicken broth until tender. Add chicken, noodles, mushrooms, and seasonings. Place in casserole dish and top with bread crumbs, cheese, and melted butter. Brown in oven.
