6 chicken breasts
2 sweet onions
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. white rice
4 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown chicken in butter, remove and then brown onions. Add 2 cups water, bouillon cubes and rice. Add chicken, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
