3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups salt
6 tsp. cream of tartar
3 cups water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in medium pan. Cook until mixture comes away from pan. Cool until you can handle it. Knead out any lumps. Cool completely. Store in a tightly covered plastic container.
