1 package lime jello
1 cup boiling Water
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2 cups Miniature Marshmellow
1 cup Whipping Cream, whipped
1/2 cup Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello into boiling water, when dissolved add crushed pineapple. Place in bowl until partially set, then add cottage cheese marshmellows and nuts. Fold in whipped whipping cream pour into mold and refrigerate until set.

This is wonderful salad and is very pretty in a mold. This was doubled for family get togethers.
