3 cups diced Rhubarb
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 tablespoons Corn Starch
1/4 cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 cups Oatmeal
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in saucepan rhubarb, sugar, and corn starch and simmer until thickened then add vanilla. In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients until crumbly.

Put 3/4 of crumb mixture in 9x13 sprayed pan and pour rhubarb sauce over that. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
