Ingredients:  
1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 slices bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 thin sliced leek
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 cup warm milk
3 large room temperature eggs
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup gruyere, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook asparagus till bright green in water.
2. Rinse with cold water and pat dry.
3. Cook bacon and set aside on paper towels.
4. Add leeks to the pan and saute 2-4 minutes.
5. Add butter to skillet and let melt
6. Mix milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper and pour into pan.
7. Sprinkle asparagus, bacon, leek, and cheese over batter.
8. Transfer pan to a preheated 425* oven and bake until puffed and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
