¼ lb. marshmallows (about 16 lg. or 2 C. miniature)
1 C. Milk
1 pkg. Lime Jello
2, 3 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese (room temp and cubed)
#2 Can Undrained Crushed Pineapple
1 C. Whipping Cream, whipped
⅔ C. Mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the marshmallows and milk in a double boiler. Pour the hot mixture over the jello and stir until dissolved. Stir in cream cheese. Add the pineapple. Cool the Mixture.

Blend in cream and mayonnaise.

Pour into 9x13 pan and chill until firm.
