½ tsp cinnamon powder
8-10 slices loaf bread
½ cup sugar
½ stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put the bread in a 400° oven until it dries a little (not quite brown). Turn the bread over. Blend cinnamon, sugar and butter in a dish. Spread on the bread. Toast in 400° oven until brown around the edge.

This recipe came from Granny, so you know it’s good. Tim’s favorite. He can (and did) eat a cookie sheet or two full at one sitting - on more than one occasion.
