1 lb pork sausage
1 lb sharp cheese, grated
3 cups Bisquick mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, roll into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in palm of hand and make a tight ball so they won’t spread while baking. Bake 400º 10 minutes or until brown. Keep warm until served. These freeze well in a plastic bag until used.
