Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head of garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
juice of ½ a lemon
salt and pepper, to season

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Trim the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Place on foil, drizzle with oil and season. (A little bit of olive oil adds flavor and keeps the garlic from burning before it softens.) Wrap in the foil and roast 30 minutes, or until soft. Cool, then squeeze the root end of the garlic head to remove the cloves (they will slip out easily). Put cloves into a bowl with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mash cloves into mayonnaise to combine; cover and chill.

Personal Notes:
Dunk your fries in this addictive dip and you’ll forget about grabbing ketchup or plain mayonnaise.
