1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can black-eyed peas, drained, rinsed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter in a skillet. Combine onion with other ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a well-buttered baking dish. Bake 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
