2 cans whole water chestnuts
1 pound bacon

Sauce:
1 stick oleo, melted
add enough brown sugar to make glaze.
Add a splash (2 Tablespoons) of cooking sherry
Make sure it is thick. Return to oven until sauce bubbles.

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap chestnuts with 1/2 strip of bacon, and hold together with a toothpick. Bake at 350* on a baking sheet with sides until bacon is crispy, approximately 50 minutes. Cover with sauce.
